Auto-Import Invoices with MYOB & Xero

All you need to do, is send us your unique Xero or Myob email address using the form & the bills will start syncing! Read below to learn how to find your unique email:

Auto-Import Sunshower Invoices/Receipts to Xero

Simply send your unique account email using the instructions below, and any orders you place with Sunshower (In-store or online) will auto-import into Xero as ‘draft bills’, ready for you to review & approve in your Xero account.

How to locate your unique email in Hubdoc (Recommended for Xero):

Accounts on a paid Xero plan should have access to Hubdoc. From within the Hubdoc account, simply click Organisation Settings to view & copy the email address.

NOTE: when you first set up your Hubdoc organisation, you need to change the unique intake email address that’s provided as a default. You should make the unique intake email address unique and specific to your organisation.

To change your unique Hubdoc intake email address:

  1. On the dashboard, click the settings icon in the top right hand corner.
  2. Select the Organization tab.
  3. Under Uploading files via email, click Edit email.
  4. Type the part of your email address that goes before the @ symbol, then click Save. Your new full email address now shows.
  5. (Optional) Under Copy to Clipboard, select the checkbox to create a PDF document from both the attachment and the body of the email. This might be helpful where the email contains additional information that relates to the attachment.
  6. Click Save changes to confirm.

Make sure you copy the entire email address, including the additional characters before sharing with your suppliers.

How to locate your unique email for Xero:

This is a simpler connection option than Hubdoc, but native to Xero & still allows you to import bills into your account. To find and copy your Xero bills email address. You can find the Xero bills email address on any status tab in the Purchases overview page.

  1. In the Business menu, select Bills to pay.
  2. At the top of the page, click Automate bill entry.
  3. Click Copy to copy your unique bills email address.
  4. (Optional) Save the email address to your address book in your email program.

NOTE: Xero doesn’t recommend sharing this email address to eternal organisations, so if you’re not comfortable, you can set up auto-forwarding of our invoice emails to this address from within you email provider.

Auto-Import Sunshower Invoices/Receipts to your Myob ‘In Tray’

Simply send your unique ‘In Tray’ email using the instructions below, and any orders you place with Sunshower (In-store or online) will auto-import into your ‘In Tray’, ready for you to review & approve in your Myob account.

How to locate your unique ‘In Tray’ email address in Myob:

  1. In Myob, navigate to your In Tray
  2. Click “More ways to upload”.
  3. Under “Upload via email”, you’ll see your unique email address
  4. Click [Copy] to copy the exact email address & send that to us.
