Once you have locked in your project with an estimate, apply your markup, factor in delivery charges, labour & additional fees to build a Client Proposal Total directly linked to the price on your estimate. Does Project Manager create a client quote for me?
It helps you build the supply list, lock current pricing with a linked Estimate and calculate a Client Proposal Total using your own markup, labour and additional fees. You remain in control of what you present to your client.
Do Project Lists include delivery?
Project Lists on their own don’t include delivery, but if you want to lock your pricing with an Estimate, you can select the relevant delivery option to ensure your costs are appropriately covered.
Can I reuse a previous Project?
Yes. You can duplicate any of your previous Projects to easily replicate a proven product list and their quantities.

How long does locked pricing last?
A linked Estimate locks the Project pricing for the Sunshower default (currently 30 days as of 29/09/2026). If you unlock and re-lock the Project, the Estimate is updated using current website pricing & the exiry day is extended by the default.
