The Lowara DOMO Series of submersible sump pumps are designed for pumping away solids-laden wastewater. The DOMO7 can handle soft solids up to 35mm, the DOMO10 and 15 up to 50mm. Made in Italy, these pumps are commercial quality, constructed of stainless steel and protected by a mechanical seal and the motor has thermal overload protection to protect the pump in case of overheating. These operate automatically through the use of their float switch – cable float as standard or tube float on the GT model.
These pumps are excellent for a range of applications:
- Pumping of effluent (Vortex model also handles suspended filaments).
- Emptying of septic tanks and residential sumps.
- Draining of flooded basements and garages.
- Rainwater tank filling from a stormwater pit.
- Water transfer
Please note “GT” in the model name signifies an enclosed float switch
