Product Availability
- Item stock levels are to be used as a guide only & are accurate to within 12 hours.
- If an item is Not in Stock, the item’s projected availability is provided. Most out of stock item will ship within 1 to 5 days.
- Most orders ship within 1-3 days if in stock, otherwise see Product Availability. If there are any major delays we will contact you with an order update.
- We will endeavour to despatch the item within the provided time, if there are any major delays we will contact you with an order update.
Australia Post & Courier Services
- Delivery rates are calculated automatically through our shopping cart using our delivery providers’ live rate calculators.
- To estimate the delivery rates for your order, simply enter your Suburb, State & Postcode in the shopping cart.
- Delivery time-frames vary depending on where you are in Australia.
- For added peace of mind, all Australia Post & Courier deliveries are trackable & you will receive live updates by email.
- If a delivery has been shipped, but doesn’t progress as expected, please allow an 3 extra days before contacting us for an update, as our delivery providers also won’t be able to help us further until then.
Returns Policy
SunshowerOnline honours all warranties for products purchased from us, within the product’s specified warranty period and in most cases refer to the manufacturer/distributor’s criteria when determining the validity of warranty claims. Please contact us before returning any items so we can attempt to troubleshoot any issues before any unnecessary return costs are incurred.
- If an item is Dead on Arrival:
- Please provide a photo of the fault,
- A return label will be sent for free return of the faulty product,
- A replacement will be sent immediately (may come direct from our supplier),
- The buyer is liable for the cost of the replacement until the faulty unit is returned.
- If an item fails whilst in use within the Warranty Period:
- Please provide a photo of the fault,
- Customer must return the unit at their cost,
- Upon receipt the return will be assessed:
- If unit is faulty: A replacement will be sent out. At SunshowerOnline’s cost.
- If unit is not deemed faulty: The unit is to be returned at the customer’s cost.
Being Included In and Removed from Our Email Newsletters
If the subscribe box is checked when you confirm your order, you will be included in our email newsletters mailing list (which include post-purchase help, special offers, new product arrival alerts and other communication related to our services or the products we offer). You will not be included in any of our marketing mailing lists if you communicate with us for customer service issue &/or you have not taken an action to be included. Every newsletter we send has an unsubscribe option at the top of the newsletter. This will always be clear and easy to locate. This will also include your email address that is subscribed. You may unsubscribe from any mailing list whenever you wish and you will be immediately removed as per your request. You also have the option of emailing admin@sunshoweronline.com.au and a member of our team will unsubscribe you if you provide them with the email address that is subscribed.
Order Refusal
SunshowerOnline reserves the right to refuse fulfilment of any order. In this case, immediate refund will be provided using the payment method in which the order was paid.
