We don't tack on handling fees or anything else to our delivery costs to make sure you get value for money. Standard & Express Delivery

At SunshowerOnline, we deliver the majority of our orders through Australia Post's eParcel service.

Most orders ship in 1-2 days, if there's any major delay we will contact you for an update.

Delivery rates are calculated automatically through our shopping cart using Australia Posts' own formula.

To estimate the delivery rates for your order, simply add the products to the cart, click our "Estimate Order" button and enter your postcode.

For added peace of mind, all eParcel deliveries are Registered & trackable.

Large Piping & Other Over-Sized Items

In many cases, over-sized items that can't be posted can be sent direct from the supplier for a fee, or often FOR FREE!

Within Metro Melbourne, we can deliver all other over-sized items personally. $33.00 inc. GST within 10km & $66.00 inc. GST within 20km of our store.

In-Store Pick Up

All orders (exc. tanks) are available for pick-up from our store in Elsternwick so you can save on delivery!

Our store is located at 515 Glenhuntly Rd Elsternwick 3185, and our opening hours are 7:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday & 9:00am - 12:00pm on Saturday.

To be sure the items you're after are set aside, we recommend you process your order, select "Pick Up" as the delivery method and pay via PayPal.

Returns Policy

SunshowerOnline does accept returns, we must be notified of a return claim within 14 days from the date the customer receives the order.

Postage/freight charges for all returns is the responsiblity of the customer.

A Restocking fee of 20% of the the value of the returned item(s), will be deducted from the total for refund.

Items will be refunded for their full value if the item doesn't match the description or is found to be defective.
